CHRISTINE LABUZIENSKI, PRESIDENT
Since becoming a licensed Community Association Manager in 1994, Christine has experience with condominiums and homeowner’s associations. She knows that your living space is important to you. Paramount Property Management of Naples came to life in 2007 and has been serving Collier County since! She’s a jill-of-all-trades and can help you manage anything from maintenance items to building projects and beyond!

Previously a teacher and proud graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Kristen joined the firm in 2021 as the Accounting and Unit Owner Services Manager.

ACCOUNTING
- Each association has a separate bank account
- Collection and deposit of maintenance fees
- Payment to association vendors
- Annual budgets
- Monthly accounting reports
